When Billy’s dad first bought an ice cream van and laid the foundations for what would become a true family tradition. Almost immediately, Billy joined the business – and ice cream quickly became more than just a job; it became his life’s work. With over 40 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Billy’s passion, knowledge, and commitment continue to shape everything we do today.

In 2006, Billy and Faye took over the ice cream concession on the beautiful Troon promenade and enjoyed many great seasons, sharing their love of ice cream with locals and visitors and quickly becoming a much-loved part of the community.

During those busy summers, they noticed an empty building nearby and decided to take a leap of faith. In 2008, that leap became a permanent ice cream kiosk – a place that started with the basics and steadily grew to offer hot food, desserts, and hot drinks. Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to work with so many incredible, hardworking staff – their dedication and enthusiasm have been essential to our growth, and we couldn’t have come this far without them.
